For nearly 30 years I have been enabling clients to advance their thinking and develop their behaviours leading them to achieve significantly better outcomes by focusing on the importance of key conversations. Although more focused on strategy consulting, I bring all this commercial experience into every training session I deliver. Whether providing consulting on important situations or facilitating training I guarantee return on investment.
Sectors – I have been involved with a range of negotiations types including; Government to Government, Government to corporate, commercial and industrial relations.
Industries – my clients cover a vast range of industries including; professional services, pharmaceutical, mining, manufacturing. From major international corporations to small specialised firms and Government ministries and departments.
Geography – I have worked throughout every continent (excluding Antarctica) and am ideally placed to enlighten on the cross cultural aspects of international relationships.
I have commercial experience as a surveyor with a leading London firm and Managing Director of Effective Development Limited and training experience as Principal and Course Director at the University of Westminster, London.
I have a degree from Reading University and a management masters degree from Henley Business School and Brunel University. I have carried out research into the development of personal skills and the effectiveness of certain personality traits in management activities.
